Intelligent mobile plate & belt conveyor for composite bulk materials can transport materials up to 1000t/h and has better adaptability to different materials. It is a large, continuous and efficient bulk material machine. The tire-type mechanism is used to replace the fixed mobile track, which is light in weight and flexible in operation, and can be transferred at will. There is no limitation in the movement of the whole machine. The conveyor adopts a composite structure of plate and belt, which improves the adaptability and bearing capacity of the loading and conveying mechanism, which significantly improves the loading efficiency and capacity of the conveyor. An intelligent overload prevention system is designed to ensure the safety of equipment when working with large tonnage and large conveying capacity.
The mobile plate-belt all-in-one machine for composite bulk material is suitable for stacking sand and ore with a particle size of 0-30mm, and the material stacking density is 0.35-0.4t/m3. Main parts of the equipment
The equipment includes a walking mechanism, chain plate feeding device, belt conveyor system, boom pitching mechanism, boom rotating mechanism, truck climbing device, hydraulic system, control system, power distribution system (mobile power station), etc. All systems can be moved in the stockyard, and the walking wheels of the walking mechanism are solid tires of heavy-duty vehicles, so there is no need to arrange fixed tracks in the yard to increase the utilization rate of the yard. The feeding device and the conveying cantilever are integrated and installed on a common chassis to form an integrated mobile stacker. The boom pitching mechanism is equipped with wire rope pitching, the boom rotating mechanism adopts slewing reducer motor and slewing bearing, and the power distribution system uses generator set (only for the use of walking field) and cable drum. The whole system is completely independent.
