Product Overview
Circular stockyard stacker-reclaimer combines cantilever stacker and bridge-type scraper reclaimer. Our company currently has different specifications of circular stacker-reclaimers with rail length from 45m to 120m.
The circular stacker-reclaimer is mainly composed of cantilever stacker, scraper reclaimer, main beam device, end beam device, material harrow device, central column device, cab, electrical room, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The stacking method is a continuous composite stacking of herringbone and inclined layers, and the reclaiming method is full-section reclaiming.
The material is conveyed to the cantilever stacker by the feeding belt conveyor on the top of the central column and stacked according to the "continuous composite" method. One end of the main beam is supported on the central column, and the other end is supported on the end beam of the end beam trolley. The scraper reclaiming mechanism is installed under the main beam, and the reclaiming method is full-section reclaiming. The harrow is supported on the square track at the side of the main beam, and the tower frame of the harrow is set on the main beam. The drive of the harrow is hydraulic transmission. The tension of the reclaimer is hydraulic tension.
