Round disc feeder is a kind of feeding equipment of volume measuring. Round disc feeder is widely used in metallurgy, mine, building material, coal, generating plant etc. to convey all kinds of material with no viscosity.
Type Pb round disc feeder is of hoisting and sealing type. It is mainly used to reduce air leakage or fugitive dust, thus reducing environment pollution in the minimum degree. Main body of the structure is round disc rotated along the vertical shaft. There is a discharge sleeve whose height can be adjusted at the bottom of material receiving silo in the middle of round disc.The material will fall out from thegap between discharge sleeve and round disc, making material fall down from scrape plate. Feeding volume can be changed by the clearance between discharge sleeve and round disc. There is designed one watching window. You can watch the feeding condition and driving condition at anytime.
