Ⅰ、 Brief introduction
Interval homogenization silo is one kind of partitioning homogenization, which have has good homogenization effect. It is applicable in inaccurate raw material dosing system with small change of raw material content. After raw material enter into silo in some height, aerate and mix in turn according to time sequence of distributed valve or valve, sampling testing, check and mix again. Till raw material is qualified, leave the silo. It is characterized by simple operation, and good homogenization efficiency. The homogenized value can reach 10-12, power consumption is 0.12－0.25kwh/t.
