1. Confirm that there are no people or obstacles on the equipment and the safety protection facilities are intact.
2. Check whether the hinge supports of the stacker are normal.
3. Check whether the surface of the main driving cable is damaged, the cable reel is not loose, check whether the surface of the driving sliding wire and the sliding guide is damaged or burnt, and the sliding wire is not loose, dropped or stuck.
4. Check whether the hydraulic system is short of oil or leaking, and whether the lifting and lowering activities are normal.
5. Check whether the cantilever belt conveyor tape, joints, sweepers, rubber stops, tensioning are normal, and whether the fasteners are loose.
6. Confirm whether the belt conveyor pull rope, deviation, emergency stop, speed switch and other protective devices are intact. The pull rope and emergency stop switch shall not be automatically restored, and manual recovery must be adopted.
7. Confirm whether the limit protection device of the side cantilever stacker is normal.
8. When changing the stack, the cantilever must be empty and raised to a high position, and communicate with the reclaimer personnel to confirm that the material rake is at a lower position.
9. The side stacker should check whether the running wheels are seriously worn, gnawing, or cracked, and whether the tracks are deformed, broken, or sunken.
10. Before starting the machine, replace the pile first, and start the machine only after confirmation by the on-site personnel, the upper and lower processes, and the central control operator.
